Cancellation Policy

There is a 100% cancellation fee of all services booked for no shows or same day cancellations. Per our policy we require a 48hr notice for appointment changes. However we do understand unavoidable circumstances but that will be the stylist judgement. You will be blocked from booking further appointments if any fee is not settled. Thank you HBIC
